Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Vertice Online Store, we aim to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day will generally be dispatched on the next working day. This timeframe cannot be guaranteed and is subject to stock availability and delivery location, particularly for outlying areas.

  • Orders placed after 14:00 on a working day will be dispatched after two working days.

  • Certain products are not held in stock and may therefore require additional processing time, resulting in a delayed dispatch and delivery period.

  • Our warehouse operates on weekdays, excluding public holidays. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Please note that dispatch timeframes refer to the time required to prepare and send your order and do not represent the final delivery timeframe.

2. Shipping Rates

The following estimated shipping rates apply to orders weighing less than 10 kg:

  • Orders weighing more than 10 kg: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • Shipping rates are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery address, parcel weight and applicable courier charges.

3. Courier Services

We deliver nationwide across South Africa using the following courier companies:

  • The Courier Guy

  • RAM Couriers

  • Internet Express

  • Skynet

The courier service used will depend on the delivery destination and the nature of the shipment.

4. Delivery Timeframes

All orders are dispatched from our Cape Town warehouse.

Once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment.

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are as follows:

  • Main centres: Up to 72 hours.

  • Outlying areas: Up to 96 hours.

Delivery timeframes exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, delivery destination, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances.

5. Free Warehouse Collection

Customers may collect their orders free of charge from our warehouse during the collection hours listed below.

Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:00, excluding public holidays.

6. International Deliveries

Unfortunately, Vertice Online Store does not currently offer international shipping. Deliveries are available within South Africa only.
